Welcome to the official website of 2026 9th International Conference on Environmental and Energy Engineering (IC3E 2026).

IC3E 2026 conference is organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE), International Society for Environmental Information Sciences (ISEIS), and co-organized by Hunan University and Sophia University. The conference will be hosted in Changsha, China from April 24 to 26, 2026! It is a leading forum for researchers, practitioners, developers, and users to explore cutting-edge ideas and to exchange techniques, tools, and experiences. We invite the submission of original research contributions.


Publication & Indexing

Choice: All accepted submissions should be presented at conference. Selected papers with high quality and great extension will be recommended to publish in international Journal.
